About Fearless Naturals

Fearless Naturals USA was created to solve a problem hiding in plain sight across the natural products industry:

Trust is too hard to verify.

Brands say they want better ingredients, and suppliers have them. However, the systems connecting the two are still too fragmented, too slow, and too opaque.

Too much sourcing still runs on price, habit, and paperwork buried in emails.

That is the gap Fearless was created to close.

Our Mission

Make high-quality ingredients easier to find, verify, and source.

Fearless is building a trust-centered ingredient marketplace for buyers who care about quality and suppliers who have done the hard work to earn it.

We believe the future of ingredient sourcing should not depend on guesswork, blind trust, or whoever happens to answer an email first.

It should be built on documentation, traceability, and systems that make quality easier to see.

What We Believe

Quality should be visible.

Suppliers who invest in quality should not have to compete with anonymous low-cost alternatives that look similar on paper.

Documentation should not be scattered.

Buyers should not have to rebuild the same supplier file over and over again for every ingredient and every purchase.

Traceability reduces risk.

When buyers can see origin, testing, manufacturing, and supporting documentation more clearly, better decisions follow.

Trust should be built into the system.

Not left to assumptions, sales language, or personal relationships alone.

Why Fearless Exists

Fearless Naturals USA was founded by Blake Ebersole after decades working across sourcing, quality, regulatory strategy, and product development in the natural products industry.

Over and over, the same pattern showed up. There’s good suppliers, good ingredients, and good brands.

However, the systems connecting them are inefficient, repetitive, and too often built around friction instead of clarity.

Fearless was created to build a better model.

What We Do

Fearless helps connect buyers and suppliers through:

  • Verified ingredient sourcing
  • Technical and scientific support
  • Regulatory and quality guidance
  • Product development support

The goal is simple: make the path from ingredient discovery to finished product more efficient, more transparent, and more defensible.

The Fearless Approach

We’re not building a bigger directory. We’re building a better sourcing environment.

One where quality is easier to evaluate, documentation is organized and traceability is built in.

One where serious buyers can move faster without lowering their standards.

And one where suppliers who do the hard work can stand out for the right reasons.

That is what the Fearless Trust Marketplace is meant to be.

Why “Fearless”

If you want to raise standards in an industry, eventually you have to draw a line.

You have to stand up for what’s important, and what’s not, so you have to build something to bridge that gap.

Fearless was built to do exactly that.

From the Founder

The natural products industry is full of both pitfalls and opportunity.

For decades, I worked with companies across the industry on sourcing, quality, regulatory, and product development challenges. I saw the same problem from every side: good ingredients and good suppliers existed, but the path connecting them to brands and manufacturers was too often disorganized, slow, and unclear.

In 2022, a personal health crisis sharpened that perspective. It pushed me to stop just advising around the problem and start building something to solve it.

This is why I created Fearless Naturals USA and the Fearless Trust Marketplace.
